SHIPPING POLICY

Online orders will be shipped via United Parcel Service or FedEx and charges will be added to orders based on the United Parcels Service or FedEx rate structure at the time of purchase. Shipping charges will be clearly stated at the time of online checkout. Company may, from time to time, offer free or discounted shipping and such items will be clearly marked. Our online order system will only accept orders to street addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the USA. For shipments not meeting this criterion (Shipments to Post Office Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska or International) please contact our office directly at 1-800-776-2877 to place and make shipping arrangements. Company reserves the right to choose an alternate carrier in the event that United Parcel Service is unable to deliver the shipment cost effectively. In this event, Company will contact the online customer prior to shipment as an adjustment to the shipping charges may apply. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Every attempt will be made to provide expedited shipping on all orders received by 1:00 pm USA Eastern Standard Time. This will be applicable to in-stock items. If you have a question as to when your order will ship or how quickly it should arrive please contact our office directly at 1-800-776-2877.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any unopened unused items may be returned within 30 days of online purchase for credit less 20 % handling fee. Customer pays for return shipping. Once product has been received and inspected in good condition (plastic sleeve covering tube must be unopened and not tampered with and product stored at room temperature (25 Degrees C)) processing of return will occur. Please allow for 4-6 weeks for processing. Contact us directly at info@bc2a.com or call at 1-800-776-2877 for any question regarding returns. In the event of a sale or promotion of product, product is not eligible for return. .

DAMAGES

Contact the carrier immediately and save all packing material for inspection if product arrives damaged. Customer must report to carrier within 48 hours of receipt.
